The construction work for the new office building complex, which stretches over 44000 square metres, was completed in four individual construction stages. The complex includes eleven 5-and 7 storey office buildings. One of the two main axis is flanked by two rows of trees - the so-called „main corridor/main street“ - runs through the site in a north/south direction and creates a direct, clearly recognisable link between the two accesses: from the semi-circular forecourt with wells on St.-Martin-Strasse up to the cylinder shaped structures on the opposite side, which marks the main portal in Werinherstraße.
Apart from the window belts, we designed, produced and assembled the jamb /bolt-façades, the sun shading as Venetian blind facility, the sheet metal façades and the vestibules for five buildings.
